Hi everyone,
I'm having a serious issue with my storage drives. I keep getting Bad Pool Caller blue screen errors when launching most games and some programs.
Here’s what I’ve observed:
- In CrystalDiskInfo and HWINFO, only my external hard drive is visible.
- My C: (Windows),
(SSD), and E: (NVMe) drives are not displayed in CrystalDiskInfo. - In HWINFO, my internal drives appear under AMD-RAID Configuration instead of as individual drives.
- BIOS is set to AHCI mode (not RAID).
- However, in Device Manager, under Storage Controllers, everything is labeled as StoreMI.
I suspect StoreMI might be causing this issue, but I’m unsure how to properly uninstall StoreMI. Any guidance on troubleshooting or completely removing StoreMI would be greatly appreciated.
