hello guys / amd, please I need help, I'm suffering from this drive error: "default performance tuning settings have been restored due to an unexpected system failure" I don't know what to do... I like amd, but it's very difficult , I live in Brazil and things are very expensive, my PC keeps restarting when I open a game or something that demands the gpu, please help me... my setup is: version of my drive: 23.9.2, source: evga 500w , rx580 asus dual, ryzen 5600, a320m motherboard and 16 gb of ram, 240 gb ssd.

Fixed !! I have had the same problem you have and tried almost anything and it didn't work, then i redownloaded the whole windows and it fixed it self.

You had to reinstall windows to fix your GPU error? Clean install ( 20 hrs of work after the 40 minute install lol ) or a restore?

I just restarted my windows it took like 2 hours i backed up everything so i didnt lose any important stuff and my amd fixed finally !!
