Dead Or Alive 6 CAN'T RUN

DOA6 (Dead Or Alive 6) can not run with AMD Driver versions 19.2.x and 20.1.1 !!!

Where is the "KNOWN ISSUE" with DOA6 & AMD bug ?

20.1.1 :

Known Issues

  • The Radeon Software Overlay hotkey notification may sometimes be displayed during video playback in web browsers or launching some video player applications.
  • Integer Scaling option is not showing up or available on some Windows®7 system configurations.
  • Factory Reset install may keep previously configured Radeon Software game profiles. This can cause mismatch between global graphics settings and per profile settings.
  • Text overflow in some UI boxes or toast messages may be experienced in some language localizations.
  • Radeon Software may open with an inconsistent size or may not keep its previously set size when opened.
  • Some Vulkan® gaming applications may crash when performing a task switch with Radeon Image Sharpening enabled.
  • Integer Scaling may cause some video content to show flicker when the display resolution is set to less than native resolution.
  • Some Radeon RX 5700 series graphics users may intermittently experience a black screen while gaming or on desktop. A potential temporary workaround is disabling hardware acceleration in applications running in the background such as web browsers or Discord.

19.2.2 :

Known Issues

  • Switching between borderless and fullscreen in some games when Performance Overlay is enabled and Radeon FreeSync is enabled may cause stuttering.
  • Some Vulkan® gaming applications may crash when performing a task switch with Radeon Image Sharpening enabled.
  • Applying DirectML media filters to media in Radeon Software Gallery may cause video memory to fail to be released once completed. A system restart will resolve this issue.
  • Integer Scaling may cause some video content to show flicker when the display resolution is set to less than native resolution.
  • Removing a game profile from Radeon Software may cause Radeon FreeSync and/or Virtual Super Resolution to become enabled.
  • Radeon ReLive may appear to be missing or not available to install on some Radeon R9 380 series and Radeon R9 285 series graphics products.
  • Performance Metrics Overlay may appear to lock frame rate at 60 fps when performing a task switch in or out of a game.
  • Battlefield™ V may experience an application hang when changing settings in game with Radeon Boost enabled on Radeon RX 5700 series graphics products.
  • Performing a resolution change while Radeon Software overlay is open may cause an application hang or TDR.
  • Enabling Radeon Image Sharpening on HDR enabled displays may cause colors to become washed out.
  • Performing Upscale on a large resolution video or screenshot may fail to apply and cause an error message.
  • Game and boost clocks may be incorrectly reported for Radeon™ RX 5500 XT graphics products in Radeon Software and third-party tools.  This issue does not impact performance and it is purely aesthetic.

All you need to know it was crashing on any PC with AMD GPU with achitectures GCN or RDNA.

Something broken in this library atidxx64.dll. If you replace it with version from 19.12.1 it will work.

If you want to test by yourself you can install it with steam because it is free to play.

PS. We already (1 month ago) reported this as issue to AMD. Why WE and not I? Because many of us done so.
