I bought Cyberpunk from the official site GOG.com and it doesnt show up in my AMD driver, so i cant optimise for better performence.
Try to set the game to full screen. If it doesn't help, exit the game, go to the desktop by clicking CTRL + R and add the game manually in the GAMES tab. Launch the game and press CTRL + R
You mean the game profile? You can manually add it.
