Cursor Corruption crashing PC

We have Biostar motherboards A10-8800E both version 1 & 2 on Windows 10 Education version 20H1.

We have different versions of graphics drivers and the ones used in classrooms (either connected to a projector or interactive screen) using a HDMI (to the projector or interactive screen) and VGA to the monitor seems to cause the cursor corruption but when you run them through a splitter so HDMI isn't being used then they don't crash.

But the offices with dual monitors seem to be fine (with both HDMI and VGA) and they haven't crashed at all

But the intel boards are fine

Memory is fine and passed the tests, their is nothing useful in the error logs.

We have tried different drivers and still got the same issue with the cursor getting corrupted then fully locking up the pc
