It's possible that the issue you're experiencing with your RX 6800 XT graphics card is related to the driver version you're using. There have been reports of stability issues with some of the newer driver versions, and rolling back to an older version like 22.5.1 has helped some users resolve their crashes.

If you have already tried using DDU to completely remove the old drivers and reinstalling the latest driver version without success, then it may be worth trying out some of the other recent driver versions to see if they work better for your system. You can find a list of previous driver versions on AMD's website and download them from there.

It's also worth checking to make sure that your power supply unit (PSU) is providing enough power to your system. The Corsair HX1200 is a high-end power supply unit and should be sufficient to power your system, but it's possible that there's an issue with your particular unit. You could try monitoring your system's power usage during high-demand applications like gaming to see if it's drawing more power than your PSU can handle.

Finally, it's worth checking your system for any other hardware or software issues that may be causing instability. You could try running a memory test using a tool like MemTest86 to check for any RAM issues, or stress testing your CPU and GPU to see if they're stable under load. You could also try disabling any overclocking settings in your system to see if that resolves the crashes.

If none of these solutions work, then it's possible that your particular graphics card may be defective, and you may need to contact AMD or the retailer where you purchased it to arrange a replacement or refund.

I've actually managed to get a fix on these new drivers, instead of full install I went with minimal, and so far everything is stable (8h in a game that crashed always between 2-3h), I think it's safe to say that it fixed my issue, I don't really need all the stuff that comes with full driver, so I'm satisfied
