Radeon settings all of a sudden is using ~%15 of CPU in the background at all times after the past few updates, maybe 20.8.1, maybe the one before it, not sure.
It doesn't matter if I have instant replay on or off, CPU usage in background is still ~%15.
The windows installation is no more than 1 months old.
My PC setup has not been changed at all (in regards to GPU, monitors, anything) in the past..... 6 months or more!
Radeon Settings behaves completely normally, out of this high CPU Usage thing.
CPU: 8700K
GPU: 5700XT
