Do you have a RX 6xxx card also, from what i read in the intro blog you need both (Ryzen 5xxx/RX 6xxx).

Tuning would be for your GPU, not the CPU..

It's the same on mine..

AMD Ryzen 7 3700x, Asus Tuf Gaming RX 6700 XT, Asus TUF Gaming x570 Plus, 32gb G.Skill TZ neo 3600mhz, Samsung 980pro 1tb NVME, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1tb NVME, Lian Li Galahad AIO 240mm, Antec Titanium 1kw.

This CPU Tuning stuff in Wattman has never once shown up for me. Not sure what the plan is/was, because this was supposed to be a thing AGES ago and it still is broken/doesnt exist.

Problem is though, even though theres no UI for it, Wattman actually DOES have the functionality to mess with your PBO settings on your CPU. It will randomly do so whenever you apply ANY settings or load a profile in Wattman. It will force-reboot your PC and apply a PBO overclock. Its completely and utterly mad. I've been having the issue for close to a year at this point. Possibly one of the most egregious and baffling bugs i've ever seen while on AMD hardware. Just insane.

Here's the actual post https://community.amd.com/t5/drivers-software/wattman-still-randomly-applies-a-cpu-overclock/m-p/541...

If you wanna mess with your CPU, do so in BIOS or get Ryzen Master instead. But know that Wattman CAN and WILL **bleep** your settings up randomly if you ever mess with your GPU settings in there, so make sure to save your settings.

I have a 5600X and Vega 64. When I had an R7 2700 previously, I never got this behaviour. As soon as I upgraded to Ryzen 5000, I started getting the issue mentioned above.
