I'm experiencing a problem on my Ryzen 7 7840HS laptop.
When I do a stress test, the utilization does not exceed 65%. Looking in more detail, it appears that the CPU never goes into boost, despite reasonable temperatures around 60°C after 10 minutes.
I've tried installing the chipset drivers, but each time the PC crashes and reboots. The errors it gives are as follows:
- Hardware error: LiveKernelEvent with Code 193
- "Driver Installation Module" problem with AppHang81
I'm a bit confused... Any ideas?
