Hello i have a HP laptop with windows and an AMD A6-5200 APU with Radeon(TM) HD Graphics 2.00 GHz processor the radeon graphics card is the amd radeon hd 8400 r3.
When I run the laptop with the basic microsoft display drivers the computer runs perfectly fine with no problems, but as soon as I install the amd radeon driver the computer will stutter at random intervals about every 3 seconds. I have updated the drivers and that still doesn't help. In fact nothing i have tried helps so I am sort of at the end of my rope. I am using this computer to capture footage of old VHS tapes, and the program I am using doesn't work with default microsoft drivers. So I really need to get this to work without the stutter. Any help you could give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
