ExePath sta_hi and sta_lo settings, what is this?

I have found the same registry entry and in it path to an exe that has nothing to do with graphics/amd... in my case it was image to usb kind of program.
Have you managed to get any info?

well, I am crap at remembering things.
I have not found anything because of lack of time. I will try mention it on reddit or if time and memory allows, try to do somewhat deeper dive into reg entries and win/amd runing processes. Hope you are safe and well.
