Asus zenbook with AMD Ryzen 7 4700U integrated Radeon graphics. I apologize if this is not the correct place for a post asking for help, please redirect me if I am in the wrong place. About 4 minutes after starting Back 4 Blood, my computer suddenly restarts. I have turned off auto restart, but it doesn't seem to matter, and doesn't produce memory dumps on the crash. I used DDU to reinstall both my AMD and NVIDIA graphics drivers. I believe this in an AMD issue because in event viewer, I see on startup: "A timeout was reached (45000 milliseconds) while waiting for the AMD Crash Defender Service service to connect." and "The AMD Crash Defender Service service failed to start due to the following error:
The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion." The crash itself is "The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly." but I have tried everything I could find relating to that. Also notable error: "Dump file creation failed due to error during dump creation." twice in a row. In Services, AMD crash defender service is set to automatic, with no option to start or stop it. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
