Roll back to 23-series driver. That has been the only solution at least for me. I tried every single thing people have been suggesting in youtube videos to solve this problem but the only thing that helped was rolling back to 23-series.
I know, AFMF is not available with the 23-series drivers, but I can live without it if games can be played without crashing all the time.
