Hello, about a month ago, I played Assassin's Creed Odyssey every day for a while and a day my game has crashed in a special place when I've seen something in a special angle. I still crash at this point. I contacted the Ubisoft support and we tried for a month to solve this, I sent dxdiag and msinfo32 : there is a problem with the chipset. When I try to install AMD Radeon Software that crash with the error : "AMD chipset software installation failed".
My configuration :
- AMD Ryzen 3 3200G
- AMD Radeon RX590 from ASRock
- MSi B450M-A PRO MAX
- Cooler Master K550 (550 Watts)
- 16 GB of ram 3200MHz from Corsair (Vangeance LPX)
