check if current video driver is out of date

new software reported my video driver is out of date, and live streaming often crashes the computer. Windows thinks I already have the latest driver for AMD Radeon HD8330. I bought the computer before 2017 - the year your latest driver was released. Is it safe to download the driver anyway?

The only HD8330 I found was with the A4-5000/5100 APU processor.

Is this a Laptop APU or a Desktop APU A4 Processor?

According to AMD Download page the latest AMD Driver is compatible with your A4-5000/5100 APU: https://www.amd.com/en/support 

If you have a Laptop it is best to install the Laptop's AMD Driver first to make sure everything works correctly. IF the Laptop's AMD Driver are very out-dated then you can try installing the latest 2020 drivers and see if it works correctly.
