Never had this issue until I installed Radeon RX 580 last month. I have scoured the event logs for help, but no luck.
What happens is that quite frequently, when I startup my machine, the video signal is non-existent. I don't even see the motherboard's POST screen. I have tried restarting repeatedly and have not gotten positive results.
The only thing that seems to work to fix the problem is to physically reseat the video card.
Where can I look for further logs or details of what be going on to diagnose?
