Cant open Radeon Software

just got the 7800xt and uninstalled all the nvidia drivers through DDU, installed the radion software through support page and I cant open the software, the PC recognises the card fine through dxdiag and windows graphics settings. When i try to open the saoftware the tray icon disappears.. Ive tried multiple youtube fixes etc and nothing works. Ive seen a recent fix with downloading the software from Microsoft store but It doesnt let me download it through the direct link. When i go into the store myself I can only see the AMD Link software. Im genuinely beat and wondering is there anything I can do to fix this? Id image i wont even be able to update my drivers in the future never mind setting up my settings through the driver. Do I just Install a fresh copy of windows 10 and hope that it solves my issues?

Same issue for me.DDU in safe mode coming from nvidia. Installed 23.9.1 with network still disconnected as per instruction.

Tried full install and minimal install, repair etc. Icon either disappears from system tray or won't open / crash. Card recognized but device manager shows windows driver beeing used

Win 10; rx 7800xt; ryzen 5700x; MSI X470 GAMING PLUS

Well I did the same and it works for me now too. Thanks for sharing and have fun with the new gpu
