Hi, I think its a Windows Defender issue, sometimes the conflicts happens with outdated Antivirus Definition and  cause for the AMD 195 error. You can try updating the Defender or Turn Off the Antivirus and Install the AMD Software Driver Manually.

Thank you very much, that was what i put that i had already tried in the publication. tried to disable it many times but it still gives me that error

Was both the Windows Defender and the Windows Firewall turned off?

Else, Is the Adrenalin halfway installed? If so, try cleaning up the drivers as instructed on the page. The error shouldn't usually appear when installing manually.
