Cannot reach to previous chipset driver (doesn't allow me to install)

I have a b550 motherboard. I am currently at 4.06.10.651 (the latest) chipset driver but I need to install 3.10.08.506 (which is the latest after the former).  The older chipset works much better for me but I downloaded the latest for testing on Spider Man pc. I have less fps with this chipset drivers at all games except Spider Man. 

I download this chipset driver from previous drivers but Windows doesn't accept it as legitimate, it cannot that it is from AMD and my download works for nothing. How can I instal 3.10.08.506?

What is exact make/model of motherboard, what cpu model and Windows OS/build/version ?

What is the error message from windows ?

 

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.
