Description: My notebook used to support 4K 60Hz via HDMI, but after recent updates, it now only supports 4K 30Hz. I've already sent it in for warranty service, and they replaced the motherboard, but the issue persists.
Details: With Adrenaline software installed, I can only achieve 4K 30Hz and can't create custom resolutions, even with the CRU utility. My HDMI cable is 2.1 certified, and this issue occurs with any 4K 60Hz or 4K 240Hz screen (tested with a Dell AW3225QF and others). Other notebooks with different processors work fine.
Attempts: I have tried several drivers, including older versions, but the problem persists. The notebook works at 4K 60Hz when the Adrenaline software is uninstalled. I have already reinstalled Windows. I have switched to other HDMI cables. I have tested on other screens.
