I change graphic card Nvidia to AMD this day, after install lastest driver adrenalin 2019 edition and restart. I can't open amd setting with adrenalin 2019 edition on Windows 10

How to fix this problem ?

Try this:

Run DDU from wagnardsoft_com,  from safe mode.

Disconnect the Internet

Restart and Install the driver you want, choose custom / clean install.

Restart with Internet Back on.

uninstall the drivers via ddu and in windows safe mode ---> disable your antivirus ---> install new drivers

Fixed the issue for me
