I'm having real issues installing the drivers for the CPU/APU in my new build.
Specs are
Ryzen 5 5600G
Asus Tug Gaming b450m plus ii (with latest bios)
2 X Corsair vengeance 3000mhz
600w psu
Started ok, managed to install windows updates etc but then I would get a black screen upon entering windows (I can get into bios before this happens)
Assuming it's an incorrect graphics driver I reinstalled windows, turned off auto updates straight away and went to install the Radeon software
I get error message 205 so go to sysdm.cpl and stop windows auto installing the drivers as suggested but this doesn't help. When u try again, the installation of the Radeon software stalls when accessing my hardware/software configuration.
Have turned off display drivers in device manager and still no install.
I believe it is a graphics driver issue but if I can even install the Radeon software to fix it what else can I try?
