My pc has been giving me problems when playing League of legends and when watching videos. I know my pc is old, but i didn't have these problems until my bios battery started failing and after updating win 10. Now my bios batt is ok, but had to reinstall Win 10 and it still fails. Thought that i should upgrade drivers since dxdiag shows version 8.970.100.9001 date 1/12/2015

Your graphics card is to old...Legacy graphics..there is no driver support from AMD..you must use the drivers furnished by Microsoft/Windows Update.
