I don't have to leave your house. Just try another network.
See if a friend or neighbor can let you use their wifi network, download the driver package to your phone and send them to the computer.
Its just basic troubleshooting, the ISP could be blocking content I don't know, could be a lot of reasons. But you have to understand that we don't have much to work from your post.
