Can't disable Freesync

Hello guys, 

I recently got a new 144Hz monitor for gaming, all good but i can't figure out how to disable FreeSync, it is disabled in the AMD software yet the monitor OSD shows that it is running, so Low input lag feature can not work. 

I have tried Freshly installing AMD driver, monitor drivers, yet no hope. 

this is really frustrating as I mainly plat competitive FPS games

the GPU is Sapphire NITRO RX 590 SE 

the monitor is AOC G2590PX

Is that disabling from Radeon display setting, or from radeon game profile ?

My PC- Ryzen 5 5600x, B550 aorus pro ac, Hyper 212 black, 2 x 16gb F4-3600c16dgtzn kit, NM790 2TB, Nitro+RX6900XT, RM850, Win.10 Pro., LC27G55T.

When you say "it is disabled in the AMD software", do you mean that you went to the display section and turned off freesync for the display?

Yes, disabled it from display section. also from the game settings.1.png
