After updating to version 24.6.1, I can no longer change the monitor layout and refresh rate in Windows settings.
The above is also true for version 24.7.1.
Up until version 24.5.1, I was able to change the settings without any problems.
When installing, I used DDU, uninstalled in safe mode, and then installed.

I would appreciate any advice on settings I should check, etc.

Environment

OS : Windows11 23H2

CPU : Core i9-9900KF

GPU : SAPPHIRE NITRO+ RADEON RX 6900 XT

monitor 1 : iiyama GB2760QSU-B1C

monitor 2 : JAPANNEXT JN-V3150WQHDR165

So far I can't seem to find anyone else having the same issue.
I'm not having any issues with version 24.5.1, so I'm looking forward to version 24.8.1.

When I updated to version 24.9.1, I didn't use DDU and just carried over the settings, and the monitor layout and refresh rate were carried over without any problems.
By the way, I used DDU to perform a clean install, I wasn't able to change the settings like I mentioned in my original post.
