Hope someone from AMD sees this. At least on TVs through hdmi 2.0 v-sync is broken. Adrenalin 2020 Edition 21.2.3 is last driver that has no issue with v-sync. So the issue is when you play the game with v-sync enabled in 60hz or 120hz it will constantly drops fps to 55/115 for a few sec and then come back to normal 60/120 for a constant period of time. For me it was dropping every 2 minutes. See the image. Adrenalin 2020 Edition 21.2.3 works flawless and not dropping fps. Please fix this))
