bug in advanced tuning and auto OC. issues with retro 4:3 gaming resolutions 16/32bit.

in radeon software i cannot adjust the frequency of my GPU accordingly by manual input without it ignoring what i set it too. it says on the phantom rx5500xt page i should be at 1845mhz but when i do auto OC its 1869 but when auto the fans are on for no reason when there is insufficiant utilization to heat up the GPU. if i go to manually set the OC clock speeds and set the Fans to only adjust on above recommended temps that zero RPM button ic an surpress the fan activity when im not gaming. i have a bug that ignores 1845 and what the auto does 1869. it makes no sense and i never had this issue before they changed to this current interface. whats the point of manual OC if it ignores my commanded inputs. and also the graph tuning is so unclear and messy and can cause unstable crahing when its at whatever the graph tunning interface can be set too. this current version isnt great. they need to fix the fan bug for auto OC. because its too loud when im not gaming and im trying to sleep... my gpu fans louder than my arctic p series fans... so if you put 1869 it ignores and goes to 1870. if you set it to 1845 it underclocks to 1844. why? also flickering textures in GTAV. and issues auto detecting older DX8 and earlier games with lower resolutions. i have issues with games detecting below desktop resolution. and i have to keep being hastled to manually change my desktop resolution to match the game which is a huge pain. and if its below 720p its worse even in a 4:3 resolution. also lack of support for 16Bit titles needs some help with. as i love classic gaming but it would be noce for some retro 16bit resolutions or even 32bit below 4:3 reloutions. so i dont have go through hell to find a windows 98SE powerhouse pc on ebay or something. i like modern gaming just as much as i love the game i used to play. but i just wish AMD had retro support on their minds. i mean i would love to play the GTA original and not have it crash when i set it to 32bit 1280x1024.
