This is an old problem. It goes like this: I don't need the hotkeys and some are used for other apps. So I keep the "use hotkeys" switch in the top of the Hotkeys tab disabled at all times. But when I restart Windows 10 for some reason (a system update, for example), AMD Radeon Software (currently 22.6.1) ignores this setting and "steals" my hotkeys nevertheless. The remedy is simple: Just open the Settings panel, enable it and disable it again -- a bit annoying.
I'd like the dev team to take a look at this. I can help with more feedback if necessary.
