Hello people!
I have an AMD Ryzen 9 7940HS with Radeon 780M Graphics running at 4.00 GHz, and Windows 11 Home installed.
I can’t connect my Bluetooth in any way. The Bluetooth toggle icon doesn’t appear in the settings (under the Bluetooth & devices tab) or in the quick access buttons (alongside Wi-Fi and Airplane mode).
I checked the Device Manager and noticed an alert icon. When I clicked on it, I saw that Windows had stopped because it encountered an error (code 43).
I’ve tried all the tutorials available on Google, Bing, YouTube, etc. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Bluetooth device, downloaded drivers from the AMD website, and did everything I know, but I still can’t solve this problem.
Could someone help me find a solution?
Here is the device manager, where the problem shows up:

Below there are just additional screenshots about the missing of bluetooth activation buttons and also the drivers I tried to install:

Thank you very much for any kind of help!
