Dear experts please help. I use ryzen5 3400g and I don't have any dedicated gpu. I was using my computer then my monitor blinks a few times then screen gone black. I took my pc for warrenty, they kept my pc for 2 months and did absolutely nothing. After that whenever i install windows my computer shows that i have microsoft basic graphics driver and if i try to install AMD's official graphics driver (Adrenaline edition from website) my screen goes black. Zero output in hdmi port. Vga ports works but resolution is not good and don't even cover my full screen in the available maximum resolution. Now I'm using hdmi port with the microsoft basic graphics driver. What is causing the problem and how to fix it.
