Black screen when playing videos - Acer Aspire 5 A515-45-R3BP

So I recently got a new laptop with a Ryzen 7 5700U and it has a weird issue, every time I try to load a video I get a black screen for some seconds and an amd bug reporter tool window pops out saying that a driver issue has occured. This doesn't happen a lot of times but not every time, it happens on every kind of media load, opening the discord's gif picker, loading a video on twitch or any other website, recording with OBS and even opening a video with the integrated "Films & TV" app.

I tried reinstalling the AMD Graphics driver (with factory reset checked), updating windows, disabling fast boot but none of these seems to have solved the problem, can this be some kind of hardware issue?

Thanks

Windows 11 Home Version 21H2 (22000.795)
AMD Driver Version 22.5.1 (latest)

PC Specs:

CPU : Ryzen 7 5700U with integrated graphics

RAM : 16GB ddr4

Integrated monitor resolution: 1920x1080@60hz

Hello ginocchiostorto,

It took a while to find, but I finally found someone with the same problem as me. I have a LENOVO Yoga 6 (13ALC6) RYZEN 5700U. I have researched very thoroughly and found that this is a defect. I tried to get support with LENOVO, but they denied the warranty.

I have EXACTLY the same problem as you, when I load any media item be it a video, gif, etc it sometimes shuts down the screen for a few seconds and fails the integrated graphics ship.

What did you do to solve the problem? What driver do you use (version) that is more stable?

Has AMD or LENOVO protested about the bug?

Thank you in advance!
