Hi, I think Windows installed an older version or installed onto the existing drivers and might have corrupted the files. Have you tried a clean driver uninstall and reinstall the latest Adrenalin again? Before trying this, make sure that you Disable or turn off Display Driver Update. You can find this on, Advanced System Setting - System Properties - Hardware - Device Installation Settings.

Clean up through booting windows from Safe mode. Usually in normal mode, if certain files are in use by any application. It'll be left behind or corrupted. Also have the driver downloaded as well to install once it's cleaned up. Use the link below and select Graphics, the Model and Windows version. Download the listed last stable version.
