Hello, I have a problem with my rx6600, the screen flashes black, and later some applications remain black, if I move them the original image returns. It only happens to me in Windows, if I'm playing it doesn't happen, not even in linux. It happens if I install the amd drivers or windows update installs them, I've tried several versions, if I don't install anything, and I leave the plug and play, it works fine, but it doesn't detect the second monitor and I can't play. Does anyone know what could be the cause? maybe the memories are wrong?

hi, the power supply is a Mars Gaming mpb750, but I don't think it's the problem, since the problems appear only on the windows desktop, with the graphics card at minimum, it doesn't even turn on the fans, and playing with the GPU and CPU at almost 100 % charge, there is no problem.

SO win10 pro and win11 pro

GPU: Sapphire Pulse RX 6600

CPU E5-2640 v3 

Motherboard: i'v tried two diferent: atermiter x99 and huananzhi x99 qd4

RAM: Atermiter DDR4 3200 16Gb * 2

SSD: Lexar SSD NM620 2TB (I'v tried with kringston 1Tb mvne)
