so when you into bios, and set your CPU speeds and things, your RAM and timings, your whole computer is configured. The power management and speed stepping is a HARDWAREFUNCTION IDIOTS so what that means is its thermometer sensor bit adjusts your CPU based on the temperature at the HARDWARE LEVEL RETARDS! quit typing in stuff and using software that tries to NOT USE HARDWARE that does it for you. So same for power levels, its designed to work at a power/temp targets.
if you're overclocking or adjusting power it can ONLY EVER BE DONE BY THE BIOS. yet when in windows theres this ryzen master and countless proxy bios and 'remote bios management' and the windows kernel, swapping kernels vastly changes PC performance. try it in android/linux. Anyway typing in words for your RAM timings or memory and such changes your PC performance too but that stuff is supposed to be limited to bios or DOS/recovery console before the OS loads.. yet.. it all works real time whole PC being run at once like when you type a word into registry anywhere everywhere in registry it instantly gets applied in real time you can see it change on the screen, even if you do it via command prompt not an active GUI thingy.
So what this means is.. criminal retards have been typing in words and emulating/faking your bios and OS and software and crippling your performance to sell you more fake hardware not computers like brands such as intel and nvidia and nintendo..
When windows has all these literally criminal retard schemes like fake powerschemes and group policies you cant opt out of, task scheduler having a bunch of hidden tasks or malware tasks you can remove and delete and game on it and music and use the computer for days but when you reboot it says "hey our malware wont start so you cant run the OS anymore" to set your DEVICES specific default hardware power levels to random crazy useless garbage. So, why does this stuff exist? is ryzenmaster a counter measure to use software to keep typing in stuff to counter stuff other people typed in? why doesnt your computer come with FASTRWMODE typed in for you by default and your RAM needs to have all these functions and settings turned on and back to manufacturer defaults so they dont suck intel dongers. how can we fix this
