Hello.
I have an all-in-one Lenovo C-40 (F0B5005CLD) with an AMD A8-4410 APU with Radeon R5 Graphics 2.20GHz processor. I have an issue since i updated my video driver with the AMD crimson app (forgot its name rn). My problem is that my pc's freezing every 3 seconds. I tried to restore my first drivers with the AMD clean up tool, but it left me with no drivers, so I reinstalled the drivers but it was the same issue. It would be fine to have some help. Hope you guys know what i can do. TY

Hola.
Me vendría genial ayuda, gracias.
1. run DDU in safe-mode
2. install drivers provided by your OEM
there is no A8-4410 - only an A8-4500M
and i highly doubt that a A8-4XXX has a R5 Graphics - they should have a HD 8XXX or HD 7XXXG - and both of them are NO GCN-GPUs - so you cant use the current latest driver
so you could try to install
AMD Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2.1 Beta for Non GCN Products Release Notes
as latest working driver - but its BETA, and you wont get much support from it
You're right, sorry, I wanted to write A8-7410. Thank you for the answer, I'm gonna try it.
A8-6410 is your CPU
R5 is than your GPU - which is actually GCN
1. run DDU in Safe-Mode
2a. install latest driver from AMD for Mobile Graphics
if it doesnt work:
2b, install drivers provided by Lenovo
Hello,
The Lenovo C-40 old a AMD A8-6310 cpu, with an integrated Radeon R4 Beema gpu, corresponding more or less to a HD7470
As suggested before, download and use DDU tool under safe mode to remove the AMD drivers, then download the proper following ones.
You can download here, from the Lenovo support site, the driver for your gpu for win10 64Bit: https://download.lenovo.com/consumer/desktop/u6vdo51us17.exe
For any other operating system, just go on the top left of the page, there is a scrolling menu where you can chose your OS, then check under Dispaly and Video Graphic: https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/us/en/products/desktops-and-all-in-ones/lenovo-c-series-all-in-ones/len...
??? why you post the same link as me and actually saying the same as me?
Because of the moderation thing, when i was writing, there was not your 2nd post, when i validated mine to approval, your's get approved i suppose, since there is a link.
So we posted +/- at the same time, more or less. ^^
yeah - i think AMD needs to trust the more active users
