Hi everyone I have a problem and i am hoping some one here can help.
I recently purchased an Ayaneo 2S (gaming device running windows 11) it has the 7840U, 64gb ram and 4tb hdd.

currently my VRAM is only showing as 6gb but i am told it should be 12gb due to the large amount of ram.
after spending the day googling, i have been advised that it can only be changed via the bios however, the bios is locked/inaccessable.
is there any other way to fix this issue?
would really apricate any help.
