Audio no longer works after updating an amd display driver

So I was trying to update my Display driver with the AMD Chipset Software program. It then suggested I install 6 more chipset drivers and once I restarted, my audio no longer outputs any sound. I try to test them and it says "failed to play test tone." I have the Realtek R audio driver and have tried to uninstall them and try different updates, but it still doesn't work. It also somehow added 2 more audio drivers from AMD that I didn't have previously before my display driver update. sound drivers .png

I tried uninstalling those and rebooting but that doesn't solve the issue either.

Did an SFC scan and found no problems.

Also did a sound troubleshoot and was unable to solve the problem.

I am using the AMD High Def Audio Device through Display Port and have speakers plugged into the headphone out plug on my monitor..

Give it try, I also had to turn the volume on the monitor OSD up to full..
