My laptop has a audio issue after I was update the controller to AMD 20.5.1 Radeon Software Adrenalin 2020, the issue consist when I try played a music (with laptop parlants) or try record voice ( with external mic connected with plug 3.5mm, because I do videos), the sound shut low in 1 or 2 seconds after played the music, but the volume settings hasnt modified, in the case the voice recorded, the volume the record is too low, like a record too far the mic, when i have the mic to near me.
Today I uptdate the windows version, 1903 to 2004, when I turn on my laptop. The audio issue a bit changed, now, the volume of music doesnt shut down in a 1 or 2 seconds, but now decrease bit to bit since the music start and after a few seconds, the sound is low like was mute parlants practically. In case of the volume of the voice recordeds, it was better but not as before.
