Hi,
I had a RTX 2080 Super which I recently upgraded to a 7900XT. Since upgrading I'm getting random but feequent audio glitches when paying videos on youtube, watching streaming services, and possibly in games too, but it's most noticable when watching videos. On one occasion it was not a random glitch, but a constant problem that sounded like the audio was cutting out many times per second (too the point of being unwatchable). I thought it migh be the browser but it did it in VLC too. Rebooting fixed that. During the constant episodes I ran latencymon to check for DPC latency issues, but it reported everything was fine.
I didn't really suspect the graphic card until I did a google search an found people complaining about the issue a year ago for 6900 cards - they fixed it by reverting to earlier drivers.
I'm running 22.12.2, and as it's a new card there are no earlier drivers in the "good audio" range that are compatible.
Did anyone ever find the reason for the glitches?
