Audio Co-Processor
I am using a Ryzen 3 3200u. my laptop has no sound when AMD audio co-processor has been installed. but if I disable and then enable the audio co-processor driver, my laptop gets sound back. I don't know why. This problem came in 2020 until now and my laptop has an issue with that driver. so I never going to enable the AMD audio co-processor again. and once more problem. If AMD audio co-processor is enabled and the laptop gets sound, the sound gets so bad and sounds just like stuttering and sometimes has very high latency.

Hi, probably your audio device using AMD Audio CoProcessor driver is corrupted. But if the AMD Audio CoProcessor is making your audio device dysfunctional. Try removing every audio device first.
- Tap the Start button, then type "device manager."
- There, inside the Device Manager page, click “Sound, video, and game controllers” and expand that. All of your connected audio devices are visible to you.
- Next, select "Uninstall device" with a right-click on the audio device.
- Check this box now – Attempt to remove the driver for this device.
- After that, select "Uninstall" to remove the device driver from your computer.
- Exit Device Manager once all audio drivers have been removed.
- Give your computer a restart and your audio driver's default driver is loaded by Windows.
See if the problem still persists and if you are able to use the audio device without any issues.
