Hello all,
The above notebook with an AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX processor and a Radeon RX 6800M shuts down and restarts when playing Assassins Creed Valhalla. This happens at different times.
I have already tried various options in the game as well as settings under Windows 11.
Unfortunately without success.
Currently I have the Radeon software V30.0.13002 from ASUS on it. Have read that probably the Adrenaline software could be the problem, this I have not installed but only the drivers.
I also noticed that the CPU temperature is about 65 C. at minimum load of the CPU, is this normal?
Currently it looks like there is a heat problem and I have to send the notebook back.
