Are Radeon drivers becoming unstable again?

I am starting to have concerns about where AMD Radeon drivers are heading and it can't help but think back a few years ago when we went through a phase of black screens/no display due to AMD Radeon drivers.

I'm running a Sapphire 5700 XT Nitro and it's been solid. Stock settings for GPU. PSU is 1100W Corsair. It is Winter here so there are absolutely no issues with temps for the GPU.

In April this year after patch maintenance I started experiencing an issue with Elder Scrolls Online. I could be playing then I would get a black screen and eventually an error from Radeon "Fatal Error: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED"".

In the Last few years I've Run the STRIX RX580 8G,STRIX 5700XT,STRIX 6700XT and now the STRIX 6750XT and have yet to have any Crashes whatsoever, always on the latest Drivers.

Have been Running almost exclusively AMD since @2001. So I have had really good luck with the Drivers.
