I am on windows insider build 21322, on this version and on the last one of it since the update, its caused major issues with everything stuttering. I have a ryzen 1600 with a rx 480, if I open any game and try to watch lets say youtube on the 2nd monitor, my game drops down to 7 - 12 frames and the video starts stuttering, if i minimize the video it more or less clears up. I have done a clean install of drivers, I am assuming I am just gonna have to wait on a driver update to fix it but didnt think it would hurt to ask if anyone else has found a fix for this. thank you.
