Just wanted to report the Anti Lag feature in the latest Adrenalin update (v23.4.1) appears to be causing artifacts and graphics issues in the Microsoft Office 365 suite. The problems I noticed so far include:

Buttons disappearing or displaying the wrong icon.
Backspace will delete characters only for them to show up again (ghosting?)

Turning the feature off seems to fix the issue.

Hey. I just registered account to tell You - You're life saver...Thank You for this dude. I had the same problem and your suggestion (disabling Anti Lag feature) fixed the issue... I tried everything i could..tried to scale dpi in various variants, reinstalled office numerous times, tweaked office settings with every possible way I've read in internet, but didn't thought that solution was so simple - just turn off Anti Lag.
