Hello,
Today while I played I saw performance drop on my PC. When I opened task manager I saw AMDRSServ aka. Radeon Settings: Host service to be the main culprit. It was over 10% cpu usage, sometimes even spikes higher, sometimes it goes 0%. It's really strange, since I don't have Instant replay, instant gif, in-game replay enabled. Basically they are always off. Same goes for record desktop. 

I have folder named Videos/Radeon ReLive. I saw some people are recommends to take a look with Process Monitor software. Yet what I find is this There are some keys that cannot be found?
I tried to reinstall my driver GPU driver via DDU in safe mode. Yet still the same problem. I would be happy if  someone can tell me what's wrong
My setup:
CPU: AMD RYZEN 5600x
GPU: AMD RADEON 6700
RAM: 32gb 3600
Driver version: 23.9.1
