there is an issue on the amdgpu gitlab because of the "ring gfx_0.0.0 timeout" error on many RX 5xxx cards.
It happens on many different distributions and many amdgpu / mesa versions: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/amd/-/issues/892
right now the only solution seams to be "get your card replaced by the manufacturer because its a hardware error". In my case I send my card to MSI but they say everything is fine. what is the case for windows but not for linux.
is AMD going to fix or help fix this error on the opensource driver? what other options do I have?
