For the very first time I started using my desktop computer (a Minisforum HX90: https://store.minisforum.com/blogs/blog/hx90) I am getting continuous BSOD, usually related with "MEMORY MANAGEMENT". I tried several times to reinstall my Windows 11 and start from scratch, but at some point I get these BSODs again.
This last time I tried to research about this issue and I already wrote to the Microsoft Community for help. Through the .dmp files created by the BSOD, they told me the driver that is causing the error is envirtahci.sys, which is named in the Devices Admin as "AMD Virtualized AHCI Controller for StoreMI".
My computer came installed with a NVMe drive (KINGSTON_OM8PDP30) and I installed a SATA HDD drive Seagate BarraCuda Pro 2.5" 1TB (ST1000LM049). They are configured independently, so the NVMe drive is the system drive (C:) and the HDD is to store my documents and personal files (D:).
I tried to disable the AMD Virtualized AHCI Controller for StoreMI device but then I loose access to the HDD drive.
I searched for a updated version of the driver for this device as Windows states the driver related is from 2019:
I search for any driver update in the AMD webpage. I only found the AMD Chipset Software utility but it does not update this driver. I also downloaded and tried with the AMD StoreMI installer. But it says my CPU is not compatible with StoreMI (?).
And I really don't know what other things to try.
I really apreciate if someone can help me with this issue.
Thank you!
