AMD Software won't recognize my CPU, and I can't use any software
Hello! I recently bought a motherboard-processor combo and had it installed, but the installer forgot to properly install the drivers to the pci chipsets! This wouldn't be an issue if I could install the AMD software necessary (Adrenalin), but no AMD software recognizes my processor as good enough AMD hardware 😞
For posterity, I have an NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB graphics card, an ASUS A520M-K motherboard, and a Ryzen 5 5600X 6-core
Here I leave the proof that I do have a certified AMD processor, but it only allows me to run Ryzen Master 😕
I would be really glad if there was some way I could install AMD Adrenalin as a 7-zip or rar file, as it wouldn't need the heinous verification >:x

Adrenalin software is for AMD Graphics cards, not for CPUs.

Your Processor doesn't require any drivers unless it has Integrated Graphics which your processor doesn't have.
Unfortunately, the current AMD CHIPSET Driver is faulty and won't install so you will need to install a previous AMD CHIPSET driver package from here: https://www.amd.com/en/support/previous-drivers/chipsets/amd-socket-am4/a520
Use this Microsoft tool MS INSTALL/UNINSTALL TOOL to remove all Non-Graphic AMD Drivers and try to install a previous AMD CHIPSET DRIVER full package: Microsoft Install/Uninstall Tool
You need to install Nvida Graphic driver and not AMD Graphics driver since you don't have any AMD Graphics adapters in your PC (No GPU card nor IGPU from Processor).
EDIT: Here is your Asus Support Download page for your motherboard: https://www.asus.com/motherboards-components/motherboards/prime/prime-a520m-k/helpdesk_download?mode...
