Shouldn't there be a check for updates option in my screenshots? I want to check for updates because my games crash after playing a few minutes of starfield and after a few hours of other games.

Specs:

RX 7900 XTX

Ryzen 7 5800X

1000W PSU

Pro drivers are generally quarterly updates, next one probably December?. There is a sign up for notifications.

would it cause any problems if I install the adrenalin version? I tried uninstalling the driver but it automatically installs Pro Edition instead.

Manually download and save the 23.8.2 driver directly, do not install yet.

Use https://www.amd.com/en/support/kb/faq/gpu-601 to uninstall old drivers, then install the new from the saved driver pkg.

Or, if your previous card was nvidia you need to use DDU to remove all traces.

Also make sure you are using 2 separate pcie cables from the psu to the card (not 1 into 2 split).
